Yannick Charlet and Craig Goodman make a complete team, combining their skills to find the best solutions for their clients.

After graduating from Concordia University in Marketing and Finance, Yannick began her career in the stock market, working for large corporations such as RBC Investments, Assante and Blackmount. She then went on to take the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to obtain her stock trader license.

So she decided to learn about life and make her dream of travelling the world a reality. 4 continents later, she returned to Montreal, confident that her love of architecture would be well-fed by a career in real estate. She passed her OACIQ exams with flying colours in 2006 and has been working at RE/MAX Québec ever since.
Yannick is known for her professionalism, constant presence and extensive knowledge – which she leverages to ensure her clients’ real estate projects are a success. Clients applaud her listening skills and patience – and the fact that she always understands exactly what they need and then exceeds their expectations. Yannick is the mother of three adorable children and a woman of many interests. Travelling, architecture, music, gastronomy and discoveries of all kinds are a big part of her life. No wonder she loves Montreal so much! She knows the city and its many attractions like the back of her hand, and she considers it her duty to put her love of Montreal to good use in her work.
Craig is famous for his charisma, helpfulness and negotiation skills. Not only is detail-oriented and a great listener, but his knowledge of the real estate market is downright impressive – veering even into construction and renovations. Craig is always learning and pushing himself to aim higher. And he wraps it all up with a healthy dose of humour, positivity and can-do perseverance. Craig quickly puts people at ease and always builds solid relationships with clients.
Contact mePreviously, Craig spent over 10 years working in sales in the music industry with Universal Music Canada. He also built a successful DJ career in Montreal’s top clubs. It was during this time that Craig developed his passion for customer service and negotiation, as well as his direct and honest communication style. These same skills now serve him well in his real estate career.
Whether clients are buying or selling, Craig always puts their interests first. He has a knack for finding solutions when needed and is not afraid to go the extra mile to get his clients what they want. He believes it’s important to take the time to answer all questions and to give the best possible advice, without ever any pressure.
In short, Craig is an experienced and trusted real estate broker who is passionate about real estate, architecture and Montreal’s many neighbourhoods. He’s also a big fan of baseball, music, travel, food and adventure.
